They took a booking amount from me and did not refund upon cancellation even though the app says it will be refunded immediately. Initially they did not even attend my calls and later after writing 2 emails and cc’ing their VP, they called me back and said due to tech issue the amount was not refunded and the CSA was behaving very rudely like he wanted to pick a fight so he could just cut the call and not refund.
Please make sure you do not use this app.
They have fake reviews all over the internet. I have seen make scam cases where they have sold accidental cars.
