I’m furious! Don’t fall for their so-called "200-point check"! I bought a 2018 Maruti Suzuki Swift for ₹5.97 lakh, trusting their brand ambassador "Sachin Tendulkar" and their so-called thorough inspection. Within 2 hours, I made the full payment, thinking I was buying peace of mind, even though I knew I was paying at least 10% more than market price. But this car has multiple serious issues. When I contacted customer care, they had the audacity to tell me it’s my responsibility to check everything before buying! Seriously? I expected quality for the premium price, not headaches. My advice—don’t trust them! Go with an expert or buy from a trusted dealer; you’ll at least save yourself some money and frustration.
