Extremely Disappointed with Spinny's Post-Sales Service


I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Amaze from Spinny(Booking No. 574636) at the Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, Delhi branch, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. From unfulfilled promises during the sale to poor customer service after delivery, it has been a frustrating ordeal.


Despite agreeing to fix several defects(including dents on the doors) before delivery, the car was handed over in a shamefully dirty condition, with water stains, mud, and dust both inside and outside. The Spinny logo was crushed, and the ribbon used for delivery was soiled. To make matters worse, the defects were not addressed as promised. I accepted the car only after multiple assurances that the issues would be fixed.


During the purchase process, Spinny’s sales representative, Mr. Sunny Singh, assured me that defects, including dents on the car, would be fixed before delivery. However, when the car was delivered on October 30, 2024, several issues were still not addressed: Delayed delivery – I received the car only at 2 PM instead of the promised 10 AM. Unacceptable condition – The car was dirty inside and out, with visible mud stains, a crushed and dirty Spinny logo, and a stained ribbon. Unfulfilled commitments – The promised repairs to the dents and defects were not completed, with excuses.


I was embarrassed in front of my family, friends, and neighbors, who found the car’s condition laughable. Despite this, I reluctantly accepted the car after Mr. Singh’s repeated assurances that the issues would be addressed. However, after multiple follow-ups and further complaints, Mr. Singh stopped responding, especially after the return policy window expired.


In just 15 days, Spinny has failed to fulfill their promises, leaving me questioning the integrity of their service. It’s clear that they make false commitments during the sales process but do not honor them afterward. I am extremely disappointed with the way Spinny has handled this situation and would caution others to think twice before buying from them.
