I purchased a Grand i10 Asta 2015 model from Hyderabad Phoenix Hub on October 16, 2024. As I'm a new learner, I didn't know much about the car condition and with trust on Spinny purchased for 4.56 lakhs. Car has vibration and pickup problems and its so huge that car sometimes do not move forward. I did raise query, they took to service center and returned saying its corrected. I thought issue was resolved and took my family for a picnic somewhere 80KM from Hyderabad city. On return, I encountered the same issue and being Sunday evening I didn't find a car mechanic in that route. I drove the vehicle in 1st and 2nd gears for 80KM which was so horrible and it took 4 hours to reach home. My vehicle is still in service center and not getting any updates. My car purchase with Spinny is horrible and I feel that I was cheated 4.56 lakhs. I could have bought a new Maruthi k10 base model with the same price and lived happily.
