I travelled with my wife & my 10 months old baby for the first time on spice jet during Diwali from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I got the tickets for Rs 99 (excluding taxes). Having travelled internationally I was bit worried about their service. since they charge less we get a thinking that their service must be very bad. On checking at Mumbai airport we found that the staff was quite co-operative. The flight was in time. I had already booked the tickets through internet, even u can book ur own choice of seat through net. The air hostess welcomes us on the flight with warm smile. We were served cookies & water bottle. It was really a good experience travelling on a low cost airline.
We travelled on the same airline back from Hyderabad to Mumbai. The experience was same.
I hope Spice jet will live up to the expectation & continue serving us better so that they can leave behind their other competitors.
