My experience is on a spice jet flight from Delhi to benglur that was late by over 6 hours. But the crew was very professional and kept us in good spirits. They were really helpful throughout the long ordeal. Later when I headed back to Delhi from bengalur my experience was really good.
Their person at the check in counter was very receptive when I expressed my apprehension based on my experience. But all the spicejet staff were wonderful, including the customer care phone operators. The next time I am in India, I will definitely fly on spicejet.
