I have bought a Spice X1 phone from The Mobile Store Ghaziabad about nine months back. There is no review on this phone in this website so I thought to share my views with you.
This is a very handsome looking phone. The first thing you will notice is its screen size (2.4" TFT) and its resolution. Technically I don't know the resolution but It is Good enough to please everyone. Its key pad is good and easy to use. The five way pad is a convenient one and you will hardly miss press any key. Though it has given two gaming keys X @ O but I can't use them till now so no comment on them. Two short cut keys are provided for gaming and internet browser. Again a thoughtful thing.
It is loaded with a stereo blue tooth so you can enjoy the wireless music. The sound quality is good due to the surround sound and YAMAHA amp. At the back you will find a 2 M.P. camera which is good enough to be a mobile camera and nothing else. Though it is not a bad camera but not so good too.
But what will attract your attention is a radiator grill like studded compartment housing a speaker duly supported by a YAMAHA Amp. So sound is good and loud (a major requirement for gaming phone) Other features include FM record and play. I have not used it till now so I can't comment on that. Its processor is a very good one as it never hangs, it responds quickly (not like nokia which says loading) and also if you get the 2 gb memory card full then also it plays songs in an instant. So full marks on that.
It can play music as well as video but nothing special about it. Its internet is good as it has pre installed OPERA MINI so no complaints on it. The battery backup is not good not bad. It lasts two days with adequate use. All in all this phone is a good option for hardcore gamers at the price tag of 6.7K. Feel free to comment me and ask me about this product.
