This is one of the worst product by sphere in the range of iron. This iron has no control on heating its element. Sometimes it heats too. Much and sometimes you wondering where the heat is gone.
Wire is short aprox 1mtr. Only also the plug is of low qualtiy.
To difficulties while ironing as this product will either makes your clothes damage by overheating or couldn't make it wrinkle free.
Durability is not that good.
This product is handy only as this is light weight. And haas a good handle to lift.
Just forget about customer sevice. I don't think that this brand really have customer service because you cannot call on the given customer care number. No response.
I changed this product from philips gc181 which is really good.
