We have one Spencers supermarket near to the society and another in the city where I am situated. I have been constraint to visit the store because no other store is available in my areawhere you can find everything at one stop.
First of all the way of managing their departments are not professionally maintained. There would be multiple billing counters and people would have to stand in the queue for a long time because there would be only one store employee with a helper available to make the bill.
Deadly fact! The vegetables are not replaced on time and fruits are left under unfavourable temperatures that makes whole eatable item spoiled.
There must be feedback machines or feedback forms so that a customer can give the overall feedback once shopping is over just for the improvement of business in future.
I would less recommend people to shop from the SPENCER for hygeine sake.
