I feel this review is:
Hopeless case.initially about 2 yrs back they were really good.Now the service is totally hopeless . I have taken 6 months package 20 Mbps every time and am going to switch to another ISP now. Out of 6 months, effective uptime when connection was available may not be even 4 months! You call customer care and they send a guy who anyway can't help! You call them and they give you money credit for downtime. Which can only used the next time you renew their blxxdy plan. So what's the use of such a credit!
