It is my first experience with Tofu . Tofu is nothing but like as normal Paneer, there have only difference that is normal Paneer make from cow or buffalo milk but Tofu make from Soybean Milk . As soybean milk very healthy, so that Tofu also healthy . Tofu is also a very good alternate recipe for vegetarians .


Tofu is available in market at reasonable price . I purchased a 200 gm packet of Tofu at 55/- . Tofu is available at less price than Cow Milk Paneer .


Colour of raw Tofu is not feet white . It's look like slight brown with white . After cooking it totally look like same as Cow Milk Paneer .


My mother cooked Tofu with Peas& Potato . Before eating Tofu, I had some doubt about it taste . But, after eating cooked Tofu my all doubt was clear . After eating Tofu, I realize that difference in taste of Soy Paneer from Milk Paneer is slight .


If you eat real milk Paneer, you can feel taste of curd as well as cow milk . It's taste& flavor is very good . But, flavor of Tofu is not as good as Milky Paneer . If you concentrate more on taste of Tofu then only you will feel it's taste like as Raw Soybean Pill . This is not good . Otherwise, taste of Tofu ok . Those who are don't know well about the taste of cow milk Paneer, they can't differ Tofu from real milk Paneer .


If you get smell of raw Tofu, you will feel it is something peculiar . I can't tell you by writing here . The flavor& smell of raw Tofu is not good .


From my above experience, you can understand that flavor and taste of Tofu is not too good . I saw many comment on Tofu . Somebody say that it's taste peculiar . I think it is not peculiar, I will say it is just not good . But, it's nutrition is very good . From Tofu you will consume good energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fibre, calcium, iron, phosphorus, besides it you also get Vitamin B1& B2 and Nicotinic Acid . It contains fibre which is good for our digestive system . Tofu is much beneficial for our health . Any ages people can eat .


In Tofu there have two ingredients as Soybeans& Coagulants . There no preservatives added . Tofu contain rich iron, rich protein .


Tofu is also beneficial to control diabetes, heart disease, Brest cancer for women, osteoporosis, menopause and reduce cholesterol . So, it's tofu is very very beneficial for our health .


Packaging of Soy Paneer is not bad . It packed with a strong& good quality plastic .


I can say that taste of Tofu is 75% of real milk Paneer . But, we know that health is wealth and as it is very much beneficial for our health I recommend it to all . Now I very much like Tofu . I will purchase tofu again . Totally I can rate it 3.5 / 5 .
