Non refund of booking amount

A bloody cheat origination, they take money from people and if due to some reason one decides to cancel the booking, they would not return the booking amount. We had invested invested in sowparnika columns and had booked an apartment with a down payment of 5 lacs, however I had to go outside the country for work and could never sign the registration document, however I had to come back due to some medical emergency back home, and now when I asked for cancellation of booking and asked for a refund tgey just keep telling that tgey are processing the refund, it's been more than a year tgat our booking amount of 5 lacs is stuck with the organization, you should never invest in such properties. Bloody liars, they take hard earned cash frm people and don't even acknowledge mails and calls from customers
