I don't know what is cooking between Mouthshut and Sovereign Unnathi, Mouthshut has tagged all genuine buyers review as FAKE. Have written to MouthShut support and they have not replied back.

Project not delivered yet, 95% of the amount taken (100% Builder share) from the customers and they are not ready to deliver the project. Construction quality is second worst to none.

The above sounds like a recipe for a disaster? Yes it is. The builder is very incompetent and staff is as lame as it could get. They excel in nothing, neither customer support nor delivery of the project. Quality is pathetic.

There are already 250+ cases filed in consumer forum. The builder is not handing over the flats from past 4 years. Beware of fake reviews by the builder himself.
