This the responsibility of Sony company to provide safe device to the customer and since I am using this phone I start to have skin problem also. I humble request the company to fix the phone for its heating problem or provide proper compensation for same. I
am expecting response in coming 7 days from now otherwise I will be forced to launch my complaint in consumer forum for justice.terms & conditions of Sony company. I had also purchased Bravi Two years Extended Warranty from Sony company by making payment of Rs. 5000/- on 27/01/2014. In this regard, it is informed that the above mentioned product has not been working properly from the date of its purchase and giving us trouble after every 5 to 6 months of its repair.
