Gone are the days when sony had its name and fame.The word sony has completely eradicated from computer market after 2011.The service centres are closing down and which are present are horrible to face and handle.The services are worst when it comes to onsite warranty.
With increasing competition in the market, people have more and better options than sony.Like hp and dell have excellent rangevand quality of services and customer handling team.My advice please avoid sony as long as it does not gets compulsory.
