I bought this Laptop from Overseas as I always believed that the BRAND SONY has a Brand Value in terms o Product Quality and Service Excellence. But I was wrong.
Once while using the Laptop, it got heated up pretty badly and then the screen went off showing a message " Operating Device not found".. I called for the Sony Vaio service centre and they did NOTHING to help me recover the data. MORE OVER They recommended me to a Local vendor whom they think would be capable of recovering the Data.
I NOW HAVE A OPENED HARD DISK WITH ABSOLUTELY NO DATA RECOVERY DONE. The saddest part is that MY MOST VALUABLE DOCUMENTS could not be recovered. I would have been atleast happy if SONY service centre could offer me some support and guidance. I never THOUGHT SONY will just leave you in the STREETS if you have a Genuine problem EVEN if it is becoz of PRODUCT deficiency.VERY VERY VERY VERY DIS-APPOINTED.
