Few months back I have purchased this laptop for my office use and I am posting this review based on my past experience. the laptop was extremely of very poor quality the screen locks were very poor in quality therefore I have always suffered from loose screen of laptop which was so disappointing for me. laptop was not so user friendly because after using the laptop for 3-4 hours it gets heated up not only the laptop but also the charger of laptop during charging gets heated up I have also made a complaint regarding this to the company but company has failed to solve my issue and now whenever I call the company they just reject my call which is so disappointing so as per my experience the service & support of company is very poor.
this laptop has 4gb ram with windows 7 but he display quality of laptop is also very poor sometimes the display automatically shuts down and takes so long for restarting again. watching videos and listening music on this laptops was also not so fun experience. video quality of this laptop is very poor while playing videos the laptop hangs a lot and takes so much of time for smooth functioning again. the sound reception of laptop speakers is also very poor. the speakers do not produce clear sound while playing the music. sound reception is so bad that sound from speakers is not even clear and sometimes it stops working as well.
overall this laptop has disappointed me very much therefore as per my experience this laptop is not reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well. so I do not recommend this laptop to anyone due to its poor quality and poor company service as well. so as per my experience investing in this laptop is just a wastage of money.
