Hello guyz, my brother bought sony playstation 4 in aug 2015.but I want to say that bakwas customer service had ever seen.after 3 month of purchased its not working smoothly.so first I contacted Sony through chat about a defective ps4 controller. I was told I would have to call Sony to get this resolved.
When I called I was told I would have pay out of pocket to send it in, and they would then send me a new one or repair this one. I was also told basically, if I didn't like it I could write to consumer affairs.i really irriteted with their service.i will never goo again with sony.
