The first thing you'll notice about K810i is its camera. The camera slider is pretty neat and securely protects the lens assembly. The xenon flash is just awesome, something that almost no other phone has. Now you can easily flaunt you phone in a pub or party and take crystal clear pictures. In my experience the flash is effective for upto 5-6 feet which is pretty neat.
The camera is packed with a variety of shooting modes and adjustment options for the picture to meet most of your mobile photo needs. The best pic mode is great, something which only full fledged cameras support, allowing you to take multiple shots in a succession.
The user interface is also very neatly organized. The main screen has nine icons which are neatly animated and are self descriptive. Each option is intuitively categorized and makes using your phone very easy. Its also very stable and doesn't crash often. The speed is very good and it doesn't sloow down even if you've got lots of photos and songs on the memory card.
The battery life is excellent and build quality is also good (have dropped mine a couple of times and no scratches yet!). The buttons are very well organized. The play/pause and volume buttons are well placed and make it very easy to use them. There are a host of neat little features which you can only discover and enjoy as you begin using the phone.
The bad things about this are its poor video recoding. Despite having a 3.2 megapixel resolution, the video is recorded at a significantly reduced quality. Also the zoom feature doesn't work very well, most of the times you may just want to move closer to the subject rather than zoom. Also, the signal reception is not as good as Nokia.
I would definitely recommend you buy this phone. You won't be disappointed.
Update: After close to five years of owning this phone, it's still going strong and the camera is good as ever. I recently replaced its battery which has given the phone new life, looks like it will serve me for some more time.
