Would Not Recommend People to Purchase any Electronic Products from Sony Its better to purchase from another brand who's service is better.

This is to Bring your Knowledge that I had Purchased a Sony TV from Amazon india for my Home. I would like to bring to your knowledge that the TV has not worked since the day of Installation. After that when we raised the Complaint to Sony Customer Service team sent a Service Engineer who said that TV will be Replaced within 1 week. PFA the bill attached to the mail for your reference
Now today when I am Speaking to Customer Service they are saying it will take Around 12-15 days more. It is a Joke to waste Customers time. The Guys Name is Raweer Raza says he works in Mohan Estate Delhi Office doesn't have sense to talk to Customers. He is talking in such a rude way to the customers. In this way Sony is Providing Services to its Customers. You people have Hired Cheap and Mannerless people in customer care who dont even know how to deal with Customers who are facing issues.
Kindly look into this matter and Get the TV Exchange on Priority and also update me on what action you guys have taken on the Customer Care Executive.
Remember One thing No Brand Can Become Big in today's world where you don't treat customers properly lots of brands have gone out of Electronics market who have not treated their customers.
