Builder: inner walls are so thin, I really having doubt over a long run due to using of pre-cast tech.

Price: Brigade/Prestige are cheaper than SDA, where as they are providing Luxury Segment & this is a dream series as they are telling affordable range.

Floor Plans: so narrow Coridor, make you feel your hostel days, when we are managing somehow our days in an economic condition.

Location: Once try to observe the Belegere Road, you will come to know, no future it has, illegal huts at the entrance, Electric polls in the mid of the road, Railway Underpass, if in some day roads are repaired also, Bangalore having thousand reason for digging up the road, as because that is not main road like Prestige/Brigade are having.

Amenities: 6500 Families & 5 Club houses, All are not having same facilities also. That means per Club House over than 1300 Families. Such an unnecessary chaos it will be.

Appreciation: I had purchase 7Months back, price has been reduced 2Laks Rupees after that. It gives an easy idea over the speed of appreciation.

And Most of all Sales Guys They always are having their own versions of statement, on it varies on time. Completely changed before and after purchasing, it seems they all are suffering split personality disease.
