Don't ever think of buying property in Sobha

Not even one star. But there is no other option. Well worst experience ever in my life booking flat in Sobha. I have booked the flat in Sobha with 1 Lac booking amount. But due to bad condition at home I had to cancel my booking. I have informed to Sales person about my problems and he said you will get refund amount in 3 months as per RERA. He is keep on pushing the days further without any email of cancellation. When I asked for cancellation email. He said send me agreement back to us. Which I did. Now they saying you will get the refund amount when someone else book it. There is no point mentioned anywhere in the Booking form either.

The sales guy will not pick the call most of the times until you pay the amount. I would say including staff none of them have Humanity towards people.
