Not refunding booking amount 1,00,000/-

Never book apartment in Sobha Dream Acre by aishwaryasingh23ing 1L and thinking that you can cancel any time. You may loose the entire amount.

Initially they convinced us to book an apartment with 1L Rupees stating if anytime you wish to cancel within a period of 1 month from booking, we will deduct very less amount and refund rest.

I have booked and cancelled after 20 days. I have all the email reference. Now they are not picking call neither replying email. Its been 3 months. Desiya saying lot of formality, it will take time.

I am struggling to get cancellation amount. I booked in October, 17. and due to financial condition I had to cancel it. While booking they informed complete refund if cancelled within a period of one month. But now it's may 2018. Sales person doe's not respond at all.

When I informed that I wrote review on mouthshut, the sales person asked me to delete the review else they won't process the refund.
