If you want to buy a flat in Soba DA, I would recommend you not to buy any flat from Mr Sridhar and his Boss Mr Arvid, They both are a big lier, they will pay with your emotions and they will sale you the crap with fake promises and his Boss supports you and you will realize the fact once you get the agreement but then its too late because you would have already paid the 10% of booking amount, now if you reach to Mr Sridhar or Arvind then they won't pick up your call or they will say contact CRM team. because sale has been done .

Now its up to you to take your decision about these 2 Froud sales guys in Sobha Sales team.
