Pathetic service from SnapDeal. I ordered for Knee Cap and they delivered anklet, that too after 7 days. I don't know how come they can make such a silly mistake, all the invoices, bill etc mentioned kneecap, still these people delivered anklet.
There customer care number didn't worked at all, kept me on hold for long period(multiple times) and on the top of that they asked for 10 more days to deliver the correct product.
They even mentioned wrong price of products. The anklet I received is sold for higher price than MRP mentioned on its box.
Stay away from these people, other eCommerce sites are much better than these people.
