Customer Friendly. Review on Snapdeal

Snapdeal according to me is one of the most customer friendly e-commerce website of all I have used. I have ordered many electronics as well as footwears from snapdeal. The quality of all the products that I was delivered was very good. Their delivery service is always on time, they always deliver your product on the date or before the expected arrival date. The packaging of snapdeal is good so you will definitely get your product in a good condition. Talking about the customer service it is one of the most friendly customer service as compared to rest of e-commerce websites. Once I have ordered shoes from snapdeal app the delivery came on time but the size which I received was one size smaller so obviously I have to return that product, so I contacted the customer care and told them the reason of returning the product. The customer care guy told me that the courier person will come and pick my package from my home. So I repacked the shoes. The courier guy didn't came for around 1 month the I again called the customer care and after contacting them they sent me an email regarding the returning of my package .Then the next day the courier guy came to pick up the package and my amount was refunded in my freecharge wallet . So, the conclusion is that their customer care service is a bit slow but they definitely turn to their customers and snapdeal as per my experience is realiable brand.
