They don't provide any email address where you can state your query neither do they connect you to a human being on the customer care number given.
The most stupid and inconvenient site I have ever ordered from. Right now also i'm trying to connect with them from past 1 hour and couldn't speak to anybody and couldn't get any email address to ask anything.
Whereas Amazon is just wonderful in customer's responses.
