Its been really a horrible experience with Snapdeal. I was expecting much better standards from the company. Booked a TV Order id: 1499640203 on 12th of December, 2013. Its been 22 days now and there are no signs of the product delivery yet.
I received the docket no and an assured date of delivery on GATI website is shown to be 23rd of Dec, 2013. But Snapdeal is smart or shall I say rouges. They show date of delivery as 25th on their website. Anyways, for the next few days nothing happened to my shipment. I wonder what deal has Snapdeal cut with GATI to delay the delivery to get time or whatever.
Finally, my Gati updates its site saying my TV has moved from Bangalore on 21st and had reached Pune on 22nd. I was expecting it to be delivered on 23rd. But no delivery yet. I call up Snapdeal on 24th and to register my grievance and give a feedback but I said your point is noted. And I didn't not receive it on even on 25th. When I called on 25th they say wait for today and call us tomorrow yet again. As if my time, my energy and money is of no value to the company.
When I call up on 26th I am said please call up Gati and check and give us 48 hours to check and get back. 48 hrs still. Seriously. Even after 13 days your goods are not delivered and the company wants 48 hours to deal with its customer? I mean you have not honored your commitment and still you want 48 hours just to get back not even act just get back with details? And when I ask whom can I speak for escalation you say we dont have any escalation matrix here. WOW.
Every time I call them I am said please give us some time. When I ask how much time they have no reply. They say we don't know. Our team is working on it and will get back to you. And as expected they neither are working on it nor they bother to keep you informed.
I have called them up almost every day since 25th of December but just get the same sad reply. I mean which team takes 10 days to work and still not get back to you. It simply shows how sincere your company is towards its customer.
Most exasperating frustrating and irritating experience with a comp. Had I known this is how Snap deal treats is business and customer I would have not gone for the comp. Does the company think that winning the price war is the victory. I guess the company motto is let the customer and customer service go to hell we don't care. Take money from the customer upfront and relish. The customers are fool and if they are not make a fool of them. If this is the mission of the Company, I must say kudos you have achieved your mission.
Can someone at senior management level in the company have a look and try to redress? Or are you just going to con me of my money? Please let me know so that I can stop following up and account for the money as stolen by Snapdeal.
