Previously I used to order online through snapdeal most of the time, as it is an indian company and was giving nice Prices, offers and timely deliveries but after placing order of two items back to back I was given either a fake product or a faulty one. I ordered a sony powerbank of 10000 mah, but I got a different packaging and the product was a fake after I complained about it, I returned it and got my money back.
once again I ordered a soldering iron of company SOLDRON, but the product was not working so I got a replacement for that.after that I did'nt used snapdeal for shopping at all. the customer service of snapdeal is ok
product quality has degraded over the course of years
the delivery time is fine as they deliver it faster then the actual delivery date
app and website is also ok
I dont think snapdeal is reliable at all as it sends faulty products.
