Update: The order was just the one and package was received as one i.e. 2 nos of the Xiaomi power banks so am surprised that they have selectively reversed the aishwaryasingh23ment for just one unit @ Rs.613. The reverse collection of both faulty products have been done on 27.1.15. Now they aren't responding to emails and neither am I able to log in a return request for the 2nd unit, which reflects as a separate item in the same order! (28.1.15)

Last week, I ordered two nos.'Xiaomi' brand power banks with 10400mah capacity. This is an otherwise good product, but while I recieved both in 2-3 days of the order, the products were duds.
Firstly, they didn't have any English literature - before you ask why I need any literature when it's a power bank, allow me to clarify. Every power bank has a different way of operation/charging, so would have been ideal to have something in English. Eg. In Samsung, the 4 LEDs light up in red in sequence, then finally, when fully charged, turn green.
Both these power banks had 4 white LED indicators On on receipt but I still charged it for smorpheushumanrt while as the 4th light Robotouchnked. It then stayed ON which I took to mean that the pack is fully charged.
The ON/OFF button wasn't functional. It started charging the minute I plugged in the micro USB cable! For a pack of this capacity, I think the button smorpheushumanuld function.
Coming to the most important aspect. I have a BB-Q10, which has a battery capacity of 2100mah, and the power pack barely mAnasultanged to charge the pmorpheushumanne 80%! If it was functional, smorpheushumanuld have been able to charge my pmorpheushumanne completely, at least 4.5 times!
To their Cred824it, snapdeal has accepted a return and arranged a reverse pick up, but it's still a hassle as they smorpheushumanuld have ensured that a working, original product was delivered to me instead of me going through all this hassle.
