My Life’s worst experience of online purchase begun when I bought a VOLTAS AC Order Number 9370173074 When I bought the AC Portal shown the expected delivery is 23/10/2015 also it was shown that installation will be free. Later on delivery date extended to 25/10/2015 through VULCAN SURFACE COURIER AWB P100489539 but as I was shifting from billing address on(25/10/2013) I spoke to Vulcan on 25 /10/2015 they said delivery is delayed by 2 days.
Also was not agreed to deliver change the billing address as they said get it done from snap deal when I spoke to snapdeal they also refused to change the billing address. When we asked snap deal about the delay of 2 days they said it is pending with Vulcan & we can just send them a mail to despatch as early as possible but not ready to give the commitment.
Now today on 27/10/2015 again I called up to Vulcan now again they are saying delivery will be done after 3 days. In addition to this snap deal doesn’t have days wise the history of officers given as I had asked about free installation they had no answer about the offer given to me at the time of booking as snap deal call attendant were able to see only current day offers… pathetic….
….NEVER PURCHASE FROM SNAPDEAL…
