Posted this mouthshut review on facebook on my profile, on snapdeal's page and also tweeted to their account about their ridiculous service. It worked, they have refunded. But never again will I order with this brand!

Returned a bag to Snapdeal as the quality was bad, they reverse picked up the bag on time. I have given the details and followed their process for the refund, they seemed to have lost the details and now are refusing to refund me.
My mails and calls to them have been futile. They have no intention of servicing the customer, very evident from the fact that their call center number is like fine print in the bottom of the page unlike other website which upfront the information on top right of the page.
I have asked for a call back or email to confirm what they told me on phone; but they do not take action. They keep telling me to provide airway bill number which I already have and I have the mail to prove the same.
Harassing experience, don't know what the hell they are going to gain by not refunding INR 700!
