Hello frds, My all over experience is worst. I had placed one order on snapdeal of mens kurta.i got my kurtaafter 8 days from coriour service. the product I received is different then my order. it was a men's jeans and as I was in office my mother made the cash payment to the courier guy.
From that particular moment my hell experience with SNAPDEAL begins. I registered a complaint with their customer care department on the same day but I have not received any further communication from their end. At last I have sent them the wrong product received by return courier. Their manager who was handling my complaint was not bothered to reply on my calls and text messages.they are not ready to give me refund after all this.really horible service.
