My name is Arun, a resident of bangalore. My complaint is with SNAPDEAL.COM.( 3291422). I happened to purchase 2 perfumes from SNAPDEAL, le male by JeanPaulGautier and LEAUDISSEY by ISSEY MIYAKE. this was on 15th September and I paid by my credit card. ORDER ID 1259565365 . I had to cancel Le Male perfume as I had received it as a gift the very next day. and I also got a refund of 2514 a day or two later as promised.


I had some emergency and had to cancel the other perfume also. This was done well withing 7 days of receiving it and I was covered under the TRUSTPAY or so to say. I had to call them so many times to get the product picked up as I wanted to return it. but they seemed least bothered to even get their product picked up. I had called at last 10 times to get this done.


finally someone came to pick up the product( COURIER) 11124981772. I called again, they say  that the refund will happen in 7-10 days as they could not confirm if they had received the product event though I provided them the AirWayBill NUMBER. I wait and call again, they say they have already refunded the money. I check my credit card statement, I call the bank.NO CREDITS. this has been happening since October 3rd.


I have been calling and they have been giving me dates after dates. what I want to understand is WHY ARE THEY UNABLE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK? all they do is give me a reference number for a refund but neither my bank nor I know where has that money gone.


THEY GOT THEIR PRODUCT BACK, I HAVE ALSO SHARED MY BANK STATEMENTS WITH THEM WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NO CREDITS at all from SNAPDEAL.com( 2275/-), THEY ARE STILL CLAIMING THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY?


MY QUESTION IS, WHERE?


THEY HAVE NO ANSWER. I EVEN SPOKE TO A CERTAIN TEAM LEADER, RICHA, WHO PROMISED THAT MY MONEY WILL GET CREDITED BY 31 OCTOBER 2013 . I HAVE NO CREDITS YET. I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A CALL OR SMS OR EMAIL FROM RICHA OR ANYONE ELSE FROM SNAPDEAL EXPLAINING THE DELAY.


I was frustrated and called them yet again on 08/Nov/2013, spoke to another TEAM LEAD KAUSHAL( RICHA DID NOT HAVE THE GUTS TO COME SPEAK WITH ME AS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HER A PIECE OF MY MIND) promised a resolution and call back within 4.30 pm. AS EXPECTED, NO CALL BACKS, NO EMAILS, NO BLOODY FOLLOW UPS.


I SWEAR I WILL NEVER EVEN LOGIN TO SNAPDEAL.COM EVER IN MY LIFE AFTER THIS STUPID WAY OF THEM DEALING WITH CLIENTS. I ALSO URGE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU READING THIS, PLEASE AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL.COM.


THIER TRUST PAY ASSURANCE IS A SCAM. IT DOES NOT PROTECT ANYTHING. IT JUST LURES YOU INTO WASTING YOUR MONEY AT SNAPDEAL and THEN YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING BACK.


SOME OF YOU might be lucky that nothing would have gone wrong, but when you want to get your refund, they will make sure that you regret your decision to ever login to SNAPDEAL.com


its because of the attitude and incompetency of few online websites that many of us are not using online websites to purchase stuff. I have used several websites for online shopping, SHOPCLUES, FLIPKART, BEWAKOOF, CHUMBAK, BAGSKART, REDIFF SHOPPING, INDIATIMES SHOPPING, JUNGLEE, MYNTRA, JABONG etc to name a few, but I have never faced such atrocious behaviour and harassment from any of them.


SNAPDEAL just takes the case when it comes to troubling its clients and giving them the RIDE OF THEIR LIFE!


I HAVE MADE SO MANY PHONE CALLS AND WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I HAVE LOST PATIENCE AND MY PEACE OF MIND AS WELL.


THEY ARE JUST WORTHLESS!

P.S: - I just checked my credit card account and guess what? I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDITS FROM SNAPDEAL. JUST AS EXPECTED.
