Snapdeal.com is one of the most cheating online portal in india(Keep Away from this Fraud Site). I have been shopping from different online websites since one year but never had this kind of worst experience from anyone. they just attract the users with good discounted products on their website to fool people.
well let me share my worst experience with this stupid website. I have ordered an Acer Aspire 5560 laptop on 27-11-12 (801266215). I wanted to buy this laptop with an credit card - emi option. But due to their worst user interface of payment page I bought that directly without choosing an EMI. after that I realized that being a big online portal they could solve my problem easily. But here starts the Snapdeal gimmicks and tricks.
I called them immediately to check into this issue, I dont want to cancel the product but at least try to change the payment mode, they couldn't help me out anything.
I asked them to suggest me something that helps me out of this, they said to cancel the order
the real problem started from here, such a dumba customer service from snapdeal. as per to cancel the order I have called them again, I spoke to that guy for nearly 15-20 mins and explained him everything(like a spoon feeding). he took a notes of everything and finally said that **"Sir your cancellation is in progress - our executive will call u in one hour and confirm your cancellation".
After some time I got an call from Snapdeal, they were asking me all the reasons, that y do u want to cancel, bla bla bla. after I explained her everything she confirmed me that "Sir your order has been cancelled and your money will be refunded within 7-21 days" I requested them for a quick refund ASAP so that I can buy that product again from your site with EMI option.
to my surprise - with a big twist, today morning I got an message on my mobile that - Your order number 801266215 has been shipped with bluedart apex. - WTF is Snapdeal is doing?
I have called them immediately, and asked them whats the status of my order, their customer service was replying that the product has been shipped. when I asked them to check my previous request, then with a low voice they were replying that we apologize for this from our side that something went wrong. they replied that the cancellation was not processed.
this is seriously a disgusting act from snapdeal customer service. they played a cheap trick to postpone the money refund.
So Finally, I never recommend this Snapdeal to anyone please avoid these fraud guys as much as possible. Please rate and comment:)
