Snapdeal took the money(Order no. 16325193597) and refunded after 8 days of sitting on the order and doing nothing. They had my mobile number on record but I did not get any call or sms alert regarding this. It's when I checked and saw that it's refunded, I came to know about this nasty surprise.
I was contacted by Snapdeal and they want me to place the order again. BUT I am not being offered the same price! They want me to pay the full amount against the discounted price that I got while placing the order. They will give me cashback in my freecharge account which I need to use ONLY for further shopping on Snapdeal! They have lost a customer for life - leave my bad word of mouth that will reach in thousands of prospective customers.
