I have ordered stuff from snapdeal when there is no other option available for my desired purchase, but I got disapoint everytime.
The product quality from snapdeal is the worst, sure it is the cheapest but the vendors are not very trust worthy and send poor quality product to you. One I odered a sony xperia x3, it was faulty with the screen have hues around the corners. Well this is some thing I am really dissapointed with snapdeal. So is every other person who does a shoping on snapdeal.
Customer quality is also not upto the mark. When you call snapdeal for any of your claim, then the IVR system irritates me. You will end up spending Rs 50 on calling the customer care of snapdeal. They should provide a direct numbet of representative.
Delivery timeline is another thing they need to improve. Most of the websites deliver at my place in less than 2-3 days. But snapdeal never deliver before 1 week. Though they promise for 5 days but still it get late then that.
Snapdeal has an android application also, from where you can order. I think it is having so much of functionality in it, you can even do reacharge from it. I do not know why they want to become a super application now.
This website is not realiable, I am saying this not only on the basis of product quality but also the delivery timelines. Consider this, that you had an urgent purchase and it delivered to you after when you actually need it ( this happened with me) . So, please go to some other website.
