Hi All,
Request you not to buy any Product from Snapdeal, because they don't have Quality in there directory.
I Order Sofa from Snapdeal(Order number - 16375170367); which took one month and 10 days to deliver the Sofa. I ordered thinking Dolphin is a good brand from Snapdeal and its an worst product they are selling, I think its an refurbished furniture(Unboxed or Gently used product). Now I am not able to return the product after 2 days of the delivery and Snapdeal doesn't have the option on returning bad quality. They delivery all junk items. Please don't buy any product from Snapdeal. I can give you couple of Order number, where the quality was not good. The quality of Customer services is also not good. I have requested 3 times to reply on my email sent to Kunal Bahl and to Grievance Officer, no reply from both the end, but some other trainee executive will call me and ask me for the installation, but not ready to take the Sofa(having bad quality) and I am requesting for the quality executive to come and inspect the Sofa where I have listed out 5 defects and they are not ready to accept it. The policy say they have no quality return, but whom they had agreement on such policies is not sure. How can any one order online which has no quality. It can be inspected once you get that home or unboxed.
Its almost 2 weeks I am working with them and it of no use. I will be taking this to consumer form.
I need the physical address and Regional Manger of Snapdeal or please let me know how to takes this to Consumer form.
