Bought a mini sewing machine from Snapdeal which advertised features such as multiple built-in stitch features, auto threaded etc. On receipt, found it did not have a single feature advertised. On contacting the supplier Creative Via, confirmed that it has only straight stitch feature and nothing else.
Returned item within 4 hours of receipt but Snapdeal has created problems in refunding the amount of Rs 1499. Has credited amount in a Free Charge with the false hope that customer will be forced to use amount in buying something else. All e commerce companies refund amount into bank/ credit card from where amount is paid but this company has own rules which are not informed to customers while making purchases. Shame on such companies for fraudulently retaining my money!
