Snapdeal has gone to its ethically lowest. My observations after my purchases in last one year
1) They donot credit your SD Cash of Rs 50 even after a 1000+ INR purchase of their android app
2) They Product pricing and offers automatically gets increased IN THEIR CART as soon as you select the product for Purchase
3) They are involved in selling FAKE East India Currency & Coins with saibaba, radhe krishna engraved over it
4) Their customer care number is a Fraud. They keep your number on hold for 15 -30 mins minimum even if your queue number reduced from 50 to 5 after 15 minutes. They Don't have any Toll free Number and this is how they earn huge money out of this service
5) They charge seperate delivery charges for each unit of the product even if all 10 PRODUCTS are same and got PACKED IN A SINGLE BOX
6) They have started selling Poor quality goods for Higher prices
7) Their MRPs and actual discount factor is fake amongst many categories esp clothes.shoes, jewellery, accessories.
8) They claim with NOKIA LUMIA 530 DUAL SIM with their pre embedded app for a 3500/- INR Benefit again a Fraud. That benefit never given to the customer
9) Most important they CHANGE DELIVERY TIMELINE without initmating it to the customer so that they remain safe as per their so called TRUSTPAY and they don't have to refund it to the customer
I'm intimating the same to PM Narendra Modi, IT & COMMUNICATION MINISTER, Law & Justice Ravishankar Prasad Ravi Shankar Prasad, Delhi Police to have a safety law against all malpractices by online sellers.
I would be happy if they can prove all allegations above as wrong but unfortunately they will not be.
