Want to subscribe to the worst csp in the country? skycell is the place! for instance, try their customer service hotline number 8222939 - it lives to its name( leaves you fuming and hot with smoke spewing out your ears!) as it takes 15 minutes to get connected; reception is low; rumoured that pre-paid card holders have a preference in services and even line connections!
but in chennai, it is between the devil and the deepsea, the less said about RPG, the other csp, the better!
