Here is no word to say sound quality of Skullcandy brand. Awesome sound quality if you compare to JBL or Philips or Sony, Skullcandy is always better. Smooth bass & trouble clarity. Ear feting design is very good. Wire quality is also good but you have to handle it carefully.
Most of the time it happened to stop working one side sound. About service center, I am not aware. You will get with 6 months warranty. I would like to recommend it if you are thinking to purchased headphone you must take experience once of Skullcandy. I promise it's never let you down.
