Worst service. Review on Skoda Superb

Hello everyone today I am sharing my experience with the skoda superb or skoda company.So a year ago we had to go for wedding at a distance of almost 70kms away.In the middle of the journey our car broked.We stoped the car for a whike and when we try to start the car doesnt start.The problem was with the fuel circulation.The fuel is not circulsting properly.So we called skoda company for their assistance.They arrived and tow the car to the their nearest agency.Before towing the cars body was fine and doesnt have any dents or scratches.The company says that the car will be repaired in 1 week.After 1 week when I went for collecting my car the front bonnet of the car was damaged.It has a big dent and little bit if scratchesml which were clearly noticable.When I ask then from where the car got these scratches the company said it was already before the car enters the agency. Then I contacted the manager, The manager first declines to talk but after some arguments with worker he came and at first he declines but then he accepts that it occured due to their careless behaviour.At last the company agrees to fix the car dents and handover the car to me as soon as possible.Skoda conpany clearly shows their attitude and disresoectful behaviour.
