@sixteeninches I placed order 15760, 15691. Guys are rotating me for freebies which are not delivered. I have audio recording and all chats the way they deal customers. Pathetic services.
They dont know how to deal customers. 2 weeks gone - they are rotating.One guys say we have sent. Other say once it will be available we will send. And oher guy speak rudely.All audio chats are with me. PLs take action and have professinnalism.
Also, patience is needed at your end because customer will only raise when they get false info. Your own guy from no 9896619191 told it was dispatched.your other person from no 8800626237 told it will dispatch and no reply when follow up. And other guy start speaking when I ask name, refused to share name. Are you guys afraid of sharing names.Such behavior shows you guys need patience to deal with customer. I have audio recording how you guys speak.In this professional world customer look for right information and professionalism. Sorry to say it is missing from your side end to end. Your team says who committed you from number 9896619191, talk to them.Boss you are organisation - you need to mind your thought process.
Also, the moment I raised on facebook, you guys switch off comment section. So that shows who is wrong in their behavior. Thanks for showing the unprofessionalism.
