The most use-less internet service that I have seen. This is the worst ISP I have ever come across .I have been using Siti broadband services from last 7 months and I am completely fed up with the Siti services. With Siti Broadband cable providers you don’t get a clear idea of how much to pay. My invoice in the siti broadband account shows a total payable monthly subscription amount of Rs 1550.
But my cable operator charges me Rs 2500. When I contacted up to my nearby office they told that servers are down that’s why you will face problems. Dont worry it will be sorted soon. But it takes 6 days. They need to improve customer service. I dont want to give them single star because they are not worth a one star also.
