Dear All,

If you want to waste your money, break your household items and damage your car, this is the best movers and packers. Even they will insult you at last in front of your new neighbours and you will fall in your eyes itself and regret why I hired this movers and packers after seeing so many bad reviews itself.

Here is the incident -

I shifted my household items and car from Bharuch( Gujarat) to Ballarpur( Maharashtra) on 29 July 2019. I used services from Singhania Packers and Movers Ankleshwar Branch, Gujarat.

I faced the following gaps in services –

1. I am overcharged by Rs. 5000/- after fixation of the rate. When I called Mr. Sunil from Singhania Packers and Movers Ankleshwar Branch who fixed rates with me after visiting my house twice that why are you charging me extra I am not going to pay extra, then he said he will not deliver my car, so I paid extra.

2. As negotiated, the AC installation and removal of the AC was in Singhania Packers and Movers scope. But it is not done.

3. Almost all my furniture was disoriented due to not proper packing and loading unloading.

4. My car delivered 5 days late and front bumper damaged completely. It is done after many of my phone calls and when I was ready to pay extra which was not right. The car was not even dispatched till 01 August 2019. The toll tax also paid by my Fastag Card. When I contacted Mr. Sunil that my car front bumper has been damaged then he shared some pictures of my car which has been taken after the damaging the car. You can clearly figure out that the pictures taken on the road, not from my colony. But no use of my logics. So again I paid extra.

5. When my car not dispatched, I tried to contact Mr. Sunil but he did not receive my call. Then I sent my friend to Ankleshwar office to check out the issue then my car dispatched from Ankleshwar and I received it after delay of 5 days.

When I called Mr. Sunil(from Ankleshwar branch) why the delivery persons are asking more money then he said you have to pay. I did not want to create the scene in from of my new neighbours, so paid extra.

I called the mentioned in invoice – 09391744436 on 05 August 2019. Mr. Surendra picked up the call and listened my complaint. Then Mr. Surendra connected conference call to Mr. Sunil. After listening from my side, Mr. Sunil called me liar and said to Mr. Surendra that he(myself) is from Rajasthan and creating issues and making drama. Then Mr. Surendra said that to me to wait for two days, I will call you on 07 august 2019. I called Mr. Surendra on 07 August then he said please wait some time I am calling you back but I did not receive any call till date.

I paid extra, my furniture and car have been damaged, and I am the person who is liar and from Rajasthan so creating issues and making drama. I am completely humiliated by Singhania Packers and Movers staff.

So I do not recommend this Packers and Movers. Save your self from humiliation.
