I really say that singer is the worst company according to me because of their products which are very poor in terms of quality. Their customer feedback is so pathetic. I really like the design of singer product . I also used a vaccum cleaner from singer.
They look awsome but when its comes to performance they just break. Nothing mentioned any where how to start the machine and instructions for safety switch. Which is not good new users of any product. Bad customer case for singer , no one knows any thing. They just ask you about order detail and told you that our technician and trainer will reach in 3 to 4 days but they dont come in months. There is no measurement scale provided for atta kneading. They must provide such basic knowledge they must do this.
Overall I am not at all satisfied with this product after spending such a huge amount. They must need the understanding of any customer. This product is good only in looks but not in build and performance.
I dont recommended it.
