Weli I happen to order chicken from this restaurant through an online shopping app; they took 2 hrs to deliver at my place which is just 10 mins away. I had ordered on one chicken main course and 2 rotis and they couldn't deliver even that.
When I ordered, I immediately got a message from this restaurant that order was accepted. I thought the food will arrive in 45 mins. When it didn't, I gave a call to enquire, they said they will take another 15 mins to prepare. I knew something was wrong. Again after half and hour when I called, they said the delivery person had left long back and was unable to find my address.
This happened for next 30 mins. I kept calling and they said the person will come. Finally I had to go and check out. They informed that it was the mistake of the ecommerce website and they didnt give my right number. But this is not the case. When the right number is registered how any wrong number can be given. It was sheer an excuse.
It is a very small restaurant with very few tables. I suppose people prefer ordering at home. But be aware of their delivery. It's pathetic.
