It started when the Covid situation was at a peak and two of the sectors were continuously trying to use this as an opportunity to grow their businesses - insurance and online trainings. I get a call from the Simplilearn sales team to buy the package at the best price. As I already purchased their program before and wasn't able to complete it within a year, I was very hesitant to buy it again as it's a big commitment for a working professional whose 12-16 hours are busy with work. I explained my situation but I did have the intention to learn. Simplilearn sales guy and his manager came to call and they said they do understand my hesitation and promised me to give an additional one year if I am unable to complete it. It was all committed over an email. As it's written, I purchased this course and started learning. I am based in Singapore and found that their course schedule is not much friendly for me. It's more friendly for US and Indian students/professionals. Anyway, one year is passed and I tried to finish my courses. I asked for iclass voucher and a CEH exam voucher as I am already doing the training and the drama got started. they started asking me for more money to buy extensions. I provided details but none care about it. I am very disappointed and depressed as I feel I am cheated by them again. I escalated it and their escalation guy said he is not reachable to me which is suspicious. Their sales team and my so-called relationship manager can contact me and even connected via Whatsapp but the escalation team is not able to contact me. Is this how you want to lead as a training provider? making false promises and harass a student? shouldn't you encourage a student to complete the course and share their success stories?
