Hi all, I would like to share my experience with silicon honda. I booked my vehicle from silicon honda. During the free service period, they serviced the vehicle like they are doing some charity to us. The query resolving was too poor. Whatever I mentioned in the service chart was not fully verified by the service person. I received a customer care call regarding service quality evaluation. I reported the issues of my last service. They asked me to meet the concerned incharge person. When I met along with my vehicle. He simply asked the mechanic to adjust the break. He was not aware that I was sitting near by him. I came to know the fact of their service quality. I simply said no need of your break adjustment. Did you verified the fork condition. He said everything done. How come it is possible to correct the fork issue without opening. Finally I approached the outside mechanic shop to check the fork issue. Silicon honda is Very poor in service.
